I became a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner during my journey through years of navigating complex fertility treatments. This patient experience ignited my profound interest in women's healthcare and the pivotal role medical providers have on your treatment experiences and life perspectives. It fueled my passion for enhancing women’s knowledge about their bodies, advocating for themselves, and empowering adolescent girls and mature women alike. With a nuanced perspective and understanding of the emotional toll of medical challenges, I am committed to guiding women towards a path of resilience and vitality, so they may live their best lives.

Debbie is a board-certified Woman’s Health Nurse Practitioner committed to revolutionizing the wellness journey for women in Connecticut.

Graduating with honors from Yale School of Nursing, Adult and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Program, her rigorous training forms the foundation of her expertise in midlife wellness, sexual and pelvic health.

As founder and owner of Pelvic Health Solutions, Debbie’s mission is to provide personalized, compassionate, holistic care that empowers patients to understand their bodies and take control of their lives. She is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner and an accepted member of the International Society for the Study of Women's Sexual Health (ISSWSH). Debbie also offers advanced expertise as a Pelvic Health Certified Clinician, certification and specialty training from the Institute of Pelvic Health, as well as training with the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

With a background in comprehensive gynecological, prenatal, and postpartum care, Debbie's knowledge and skills allow her to offer individualized care tailored to each patient's needs. She is a passionate patient educator whose goal is to have patients feel validated, supported and heard.

Debbie's passion in women's health stems from witnessing the widespread lack of accurate information available to women during crucial phases of life. Too often, women are given incomplete or incorrect information in the rushed environment of the busy healthcare system. At her private practice, she is dedicated to providing the time and attention needed to ensure women fully understand their bodies, the changes they are experiencing, and real options available to help achieve wellness. Her goal is to empower women with knowledge and support, restoring confidence and vitality. She offers patients the latest in treatment options, focusing on optimizing their well-being through a holistic approach that includes both conventional and complementary therapies.

As a mother of two after many IVFs, Debbie brings a unique perspective and deep understanding of the emotional stressors of medical issues.

Debbie lives in Orange with her husband, daughters and two dogs. She enjoys CrossFit, sporting events, traveling and spending time with family and friends especially on or near the water.
