  • Do you take insurance?
I choose to work as an out-of-network provider with insurance companies (including Medicare and Medicaid), enabling me to dedicate the time necessary to prioritize YOU. Insurance companies routinely limit our time with patients. Being independent of these restrictions guarantees that every session is committed to delivering individualized care customized to your unique needs. Having navigated insurance complexities for years, I avoid the obstacles to true quality care and have the flexibility to provide care tailored to YOUR goals. We do not bill insurance companies, though upon request, I can provide a superbill for commercial insurance submission. It is the patient's responsibility to handle this process. Please note you can utilize your HSA or FSA account.
  • What will my sessions be like with Debbie?
In our sessions, you can expect a thoughtful and thorough approach. I am here to listen attentively, ask pertinent questions, and apply both scientific knowledge and solutions to address your needs. We will collaborate through shared decision-making to craft a treatment plan that is uniquely yours, recognizing that sexual and pelvic health care must be tailored to each individual. You may choose to start with an initial 15 minute complimentary telehealth consultation to understand your individual healthcare needs before scheduling a 60- minute new patient comprehensive evaluation appointment which may be either telehealth or in person depending on your individual needs.
  • Do you prescribe hormone therapy?
Yes! We will always discuss hormone therapy to determine if you are a candidate and if it could benefit you. I may prescribe hormone therapies, which can include estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone. I do not offer testosterone pellets nor estrogen pellets.
  • Are lab work evaluations done?
